In the midst of busy work schedule and sedentary life style, I realised I was inching towards obesity. I took a resolution this new year that health will be my priority. My affirmation was ‘I always stay fit and healthy. I eat only healthy food and avoid junk food’. As I recited this everyday, I found time for regular exercise for atleast few minutes and of course my meditation continued. My eating habits changed. Slowly over a period of 6 to 7 months I reduced 10 kgs effortlessly. My friends and relatives are astonished to see this change . I am happy that my body feels light, my knee pain has gone and i feel energetic. Many Thanks to Guruji for her guidance and lessons.
